By accessing or using LiveSpill ("the Service", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

LiveSpill is a mobile application that enables users to track live TV shows, participate in real-time chat discussions, and engage with communities of fellow TV enthusiasts. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on LiveSpill ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the Service.

5.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for User Content posted by others and do not endorse any opinions expressed by users.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

  • Contains hate speech or discriminatory language
  • Promotes violence or illegal activities
  • Contains explicit sexual content or nudity
  • Violates privacy rights of others
  • Contains spoilers without appropriate warnings
  • Infringes on copyright or other intellectual property rights

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by LiveSpill and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results from using the Service will meet your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVESPILL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LiveSpill harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
